Freelance Brand Designer

Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Brand Designer for the Tendem project to develop and maintain strong, modern visual identities and brand assets within a hybrid AI + human system. This part-time remote freelance role involves collaborating with Tendem Agents to create cohesive visual systems and ensure brand consistency across various mediums.

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to $40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, visual identities, and color schemes.
• Create, organize, and deliver variations of core brand elements.
• Act as the gatekeeper for brand consistency across all materials.
• Build scalable visual systems aligned with modern standards.
• Ensure brand aesthetics translate across digital and print mediums.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related fields (plus).
• Expertise in building brand assets from scratch, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Proven ability to adapt brand across various formats.
• Strong organizational skills for developing brand guidelines and asset libraries.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.
