Freelance Experiential Producer

FTP Agency specializes in creating immersive, mobile brand experiences for recognizable brands, including activations like pop-ups, campus tours, and street events.

Location: LA, NYC, Miami, Austin (focus on these cities)

Salary: $60-100/hr or $750-1k per day for on-site event management + travel and lodging

Responsibilities

• Build production timelines, runs of show, and checklists
• Source and manage vendors
• Build and maintain accurate production budgets
• Support permitting and compliance
• Coordinate creative deliverables
• Act as the quarterback across teams and clients
• Partner with design, social/content, and account teams
• Take the lead on event ops during events
• Collect key event metrics, organize photo and video highlights, and create recap decks

Requirements

• 2-5 years in experiential/events/production, agency or brand side
• Experience owning project coordination from start to finish
• Strong organization and follow-through skills
• Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors
• Willing to work early mornings, nights, weekends as needed
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with GSuite/Monday/Hubspot or similar

Additional Information

• Experience with mobile/vehicle activations is a plus
• Knowledge of NYC/major-market permitting is a plus
• Basic Adobe/Canva skills are a plus
• Experience with generative AI is a plus

• Comfort with measurement tools is a plus
• A valid driver's license is a plus
