Freelancer Inbound Customer Service - EU Remote - Deutsch C1/C2

Freelancer opportunity supporting inbound customer service projects for a network of clients, with flexible remote work within the EU (excluding Germany).

Location: EU (excluding Germany)

Responsibilities

• Inbound communication: handling customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-oriented work: answering customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Professional support: acting as the first point of contact for customers and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

• Living outside Germany within the EU and registered as a freelancer with a VAT ID.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency in German at C1 or C2 level, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, solution-oriented approach.
• Basic technical skills with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Official freelancer registration and ability to work within the EU.
