Full Stack Engineer

Oliv.AI is a SalesTech startup that develops AI agents for sales, focusing on capturing deal intelligence and providing detailed deal scorecards. The company is looking for a software engineer to join their core engineering team, primarily working with Clojure(script) and Python.

Location: India

Responsibilities

• Systematically designing, developing & deploying new products
• Taking strong ownership of the product and improving it based on customer feedback and product analytics
• Improving company culture and engineering/product practices
• Helping with future hiring, onboarding, and growing the company
• Developing in (and learning) Clojure(script) and Python
• Questioning current practices and systematically reasoning about improvements

Requirements

• Experience in building Single Page Applications using HTML/CSS, Typescript, and React.js
• Backend experience with Python, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.
• Experience with or aspirations to learn functional programming practices
• Good understanding of modern web server-client architecture and REST APIs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong autonomy
