The GCP Account Manager West Region is responsible for selling HP Industrial Print products through consultative techniques, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies to over-achieve quotas in the industrial printing sector.

Salary: $162,050–$254,450 USD annually with a 50%/50% salary/incentive mix
Responsibilities
- Over achieve quota on a bi-annual basis.
- Understand and explain HP Industrial Print products and services.
- Offer technical expertise and support to customers.
- Identify and engage potential clients using sales and marketing techniques.
- Create and present customized solutions and proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek upselling opportunities.
- Develop pursuit plans and manage the sales pipeline.
- Craft competitive sales strategies using domain-specific knowledge.
- Handle challenging situations like negotiations and client escalations.
- Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated.
- Guide junior team members to enhance their sales and consulting skills.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 4-7 years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management, preferably in the printing industry.
- Excellent understanding of the commercial printing and in-plant printing business model.
