Go-to-Market Engineer - Salvador, Brazil

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents, a product that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The role involves building and maintaining outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, deploying AI agents for automated prospect research, and instrumenting the full top-of-funnel.

Location: Brazil

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound infrastructure for SIMBA Voice Agents.
• Own the GTM tech stack including tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
• Deploy AI voice agents for automated prospect research.
• Instrument the full top-of-funnel processes.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean.
• Experience building outbound systems from scratch.
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
