Group Product Manager

Remote is seeking a Group Product Manager for their Product Fintech team to lead and oversee the strategic development of payment products and services, impacting millions globally.

Location: Remote-UK&I

Salary: $65,900 - $185,250 USD

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing product strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
• Providing hands-on guidance and diving into details when needed.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, legal, finance, and operations.
• Monitoring product performance and KPIs to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
• Promoting and advocating for the product area internally and externally.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, including leading teams and successful product launches.
• Deep expertise in the payments industry, including trends, technologies, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Hands-on approach with ability to handle complex problems and details.
• Strategic thinking connecting market trends, business needs, and customer insights.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Data fluency to interpret metrics and guide decisions.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Annual salary range: $65,900 - $185,250 USD.
