Kanz is seeking a founding Growth Lead to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, focusing on inbound brand building and outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings for the CEO. The role involves content creation, community engagement, data management, and outbound sales, with a focus on the Saudi market.

Location: Remote (Middle East focus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies centered on the value proposition "Schedule qualified interviews in 48 hours, effortlessly."
  • Create compelling marketing assets for hiring managers and HR professionals, utilizing AI tools.
  • Engage in niche Recruiter and HR WhatsApp groups to build authority and drive traffic.
  • Manage datasets of potential leads, including cleaning, verifying, and segmenting lists for email marketing.
  • Use automated email tools to qualify leads and book 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO.
  • Manage CRM flow and ensure leads are qualified before reaching the CEO.

Requirements

  • Flexibility in designing social media content and managing large datasets.
  • Experience with Email Automation, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Comfort with sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up.
  • Ability to use design tools like Canva or Figma to create professional brand assets.
  • Experience targeting the Saudi market.
