Responsibilities

• Guarantee speed and scale in visual execution for growth initiatives.
• Produce high-volume paid media creatives using AI tools.
• Design conversion-focused screens for experiments in funnels, landing pages, onboarding, and app UI.
• Create static, carousel, and video ads for paid media.
• Design landing pages, onboarding screens, and UI experiments with a focus on data, testing speed, and rapid learning.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway or similar) for creative production.
• Excellent Figma skills for building landing pages, onboarding screens, and UI/UX experiments.
• Strong understanding that success is measured by conversion, not aesthetics, with ability to iterate based on A/B test results.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver layouts quickly and autonomously.
• Proficiency in Motion design for rapid video/reels creative production.
