Hilo by Aktiia is developing a cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor with a mission to eliminate deaths and damages caused by high blood pressure. The company is venture-backed, research-rooted, and headquartered in Switzerland, with a remote-first approach across Europe.
Location: Remote within Europe, preferred in Germany or UK.
Responsibilities
- Own and build the commercial engine for Hilo Professional, including strategy, growth, and partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth and establish strategic healthcare partnerships across Europe.
- Build systems, operating rhythms, and reporting to make the business predictable and scalable.
- Establish commercial processes, forecasting, and performance management.
- Build and lead a team around customer success and partner management.
- Manage a live pipeline and strategic opportunities.
- Identify, prioritize, and close high-value partnerships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, healthcare systems, payers, and wholesalers.
- Own commercial targets and revenue outcomes.
- Drive pricing, account prioritization, and commercial decision-making.
- Develop programs to activate healthcare professionals from awareness to active recommendation.
- Create measurable activation metrics and reporting.
- Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, and PR teams.
- Translate customer and market feedback into business and product opportunities.
- Leverage medical and scientific expertise for credibility and compliance.
Requirements
- Significant experience building and scaling B2B commercial functions within MedTech, Digital Health, Healthcare, Pharma, Diagnostics, or similar regulated industries.
- Strong track record of owning commercial targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience selling into healthcare systems, providers, professionals, payers, or related channels.
- Ability to build new initiatives rather than just operate existing structures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Strong commercial judgment balancing strategy and execution.
- Comfort operating within regulated healthcare environments.
