Head of Graphic Design

Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is a platform for discovering, comparing, and selecting proprietary trading firms, aiming to bring transparency and clarity to the prop trading space.

Location: Czechia

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end visual direction of the brand, including marketing assets, campaigns, product visuals, and brand systems.
• Ensure visual identity is strong, consistent, and conversion-driven across all platforms and communications.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and creative workflows.
• Support growth and marketing through high-impact visual execution.
• Build and lead a high-performing graphic design team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, including senior or lead roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impact in brand, marketing, and digital design.
• Experience building and maintaining brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
• Practical understanding of AI in visual creation, branding, and workflows.
• Proven ability to design for digital platforms: web, social media, campaigns.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and conversion-focused design.
• Experience working with marketing, product, and growth teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality assets quickly.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers and managing creative workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.
• High ownership, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in remote, async teams.
