PointHealth AI is building deep learning systems to help doctors choose effective treatments in real time within clinical workflows. The company seeks a business lead to transition from founder-led sales to a scalable revenue model, leading revenue and growth efforts, defining sales strategies, and building systems to scale.
Location: Bay Area
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales to clinics, hospitals, and physician groups.
- Build the pipeline from scratch, covering sourcing, qualification, and closing.
- Guide deals through complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving doctors, operations, administration, and IT.
- Drive deals from first conversation to signed contract and expansion.
- Maintain clinical trust while reducing time-to-close to achieve repeatable revenue growth.
- Identify clinical and operational value points to focus efforts where the product delivers maximum impact.
- Turn early deployments into understanding of provider adoption and pricing for value.
- Establish standards for deal quality, timelines, and outcomes, tracking adoption and expansion.
- Translate sales conversations into product and roadmap inputs.
- Own messaging grounded in clinical outcomes and economic value.
- Drive demand through direct and partner channels.
- Build and own revenue forecasts tied to pipeline data, tracking unit economics and deal health.
Requirements
- Direct experience selling to healthcare providers (doctors, hospitals, clinics) and a track record of growing revenue.
- Proven ability to build or operate within early-stage or ambiguous environments.
- Strong ability to close deals personally; do the work before delegating.
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and revenue modeling.
- Minimum of 7 years in medical sales or a revenue-generating role.
