Integrated Product Support Manager

The Integrated Product Support Manager (IPSM) will support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Supplier Initiated Ordering (SIO) Program, managing customer expectations, item deliverables, and program support activities. The role involves coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, and process management.

Salary: $86,800–$165,200/yr

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for DLA Aviation.
• Host regular meetings with cross-functional teams to set priorities, status action items, and provide updates.
• Prepare and deliver monthly status reports to the DLA Contracting Officer.
• Serve as process flow expert and manage cost accounts.
• Maintain and manage metrics and supply chain support, oversee engineering drawings, tooling requirements, obsolescence health, material tracking, and team execution.
• Work with Production and Engineering to prioritize part numbers.
• Analyze DLA demand history and monitor inventory to develop replenishment forecasts.
• Compile data for monthly reports and ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Additional Information

• Role is remote but may require onsite presence if within reasonable commute of Rockford, IL or Cedar Rapids, IA sites.

• The salary range is $86,800 to $165,200 USD.
