The Sr. Director of People & Organization (P&O), Field Experience, acts as a communication link between the field and P&O departments, designing people strategies and programs to support field operations. The role involves collaboration with leadership to implement initiatives, analyze trends, and foster organizational effectiveness in a highly dynamic environment.

Salary: $159,500–$239,300/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish long-term vision, road map, people strategies, and tactics for P&O programs in the field.
- Design and implement 'Fit-for-Veterinary Services' programs in partnership with field leaders and P&O COEs.
- Support, train, and coach business leaders on P&O initiatives and signature processes.
- Create targeted people programs based on input from business partners and leaders.
- Analyze P&O trends and metrics to develop programs aligned with OGSM priorities.
- Guide leaders on career development, performance, and organizational design.
- Establish routines for deploying initiatives with a focus on change management and continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching on organizational design, leadership, and workforce planning.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s diploma or equivalent.
- 10+ years’ experience in HR Generalist role or related with increasing responsibility, or equivalent operational experience with strong people outcomes.
- Experience in service, retail, or hospitality businesses (multi-unit and people services preferred).
- Understanding of business processes and ability to influence organizational transformation.
- Ability to build partnerships across organizational levels.
- Knowledge in talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, engagement, rewards, and organizational design.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills.
- Ability to plan and organize quickly, focusing on customer delivery and communication.
- Experience in change management, project management, and continuous improvement.
