IT Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project data, workflows, and setup using Procore (if applicable)
• Create, analyze, and maintain reports to provide insights for stakeholders
• Use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data
• Support IT system implementation, troubleshooting, and integration tasks
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and IT staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in IT and Data Analytics
• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Proficiency in SQL, databases, and data integration
• Experience with Procore is a plus (project setup, workflows, data management)
• Background in construction, engineering, or project-based industries (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup with a reliable internet connection
