It Infrastructure Systems Lead

IT Infrastructure Systems Lead providing technical leadership in IT infrastructure including server management, virtualization, cybersecurity, and service delivery.

Location: Pasig, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and capability to IT infrastructure personnel including L2 Operations, Data Center, Server, VMWare, Linux & Windows, Network, Firewall, Telephony, Cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT-related courses.
• Knowledge and experience in ITIL Incident Management.
• At least 3 years managing a team of five or more direct reports or equivalent.
• At least 5 years supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery in a medium-sized organization.
• Knowledge and experience in ITIL Foundation, Windows and Linux Servers, VMWare, Virtualization, SAP, Network, Access and Monitoring Tools.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience with server hardware, virtualization, Linux, Windows, IIS, Firewall, Network, ISP, Telephony.
• 3 years experience in Cyber Security, IT audit, or equivalent.
• 3 years managing IT Infrastructure environment.
