LCA Digital Solution Consultant

A hybrid role combining environmental expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) with technical strategy as a Digital Consultant, requiring knowledge of both LCA science and software architecture.

Location: India

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining complex LCA models using industry-standard software like SimaPro, GaBi, or openLCA.
• Ensuring studies adhere to ISO 14040/14044 standards and support Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
• Transforming LCA findings into business recommendations aligned with company goals and KPIs.
• Participating in cross-functional LCA projects from design to delivery, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Building and implementing automated LCA systems using cloud platforms and API integrations.
• Bridging stakeholder requirements with technical execution across Cloud, CRM, and Data Analytics ecosystems.
• Developing AI-driven solutions to accelerate LCA and EPD generation.
• Leading technical LCA tasks, conducting research, and participating in pre-sales activities including creating PoCs and solution presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Science or related field, preferably Environmental Science/Technology.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in conducting LCAs.
• Knowledge of standards like ISO 14040 series, PEF, ISO 14067, GHG Protocol, PAS 2050.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), APIs, data analytics tools (e.g., Databricks, Power BI).
• Strong quantitative or technical background with analytical thinking skills.
• Basic programming experience.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-experts.
