Lead Cloud Database Architect - IN

A strategic leadership role driving database modernization through AI-powered solutions, automation excellence, and accelerator-driven delivery. This position builds next-generation teams that deliver high-quality migration services across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Drive database modernization initiatives using AI tools for schema conversion, code optimization, workload analysis, and automation.
• Build and integrate reusable frameworks, templates, and tools to standardize and accelerate migrations.
• Lead presales activities including estimating migration efforts and presenting solutions to prospects and executives.
• Promote automation-first mindset using IaC, CI/CD, and scripting to maximize team capacity and delivery quality.
• Ensure high-quality migration delivery with minimal downtime through proven methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience in database migration, modernization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
