Lead Fullstack PHP Developer (Remote)

Dresden Partners is seeking a Fullstack PHP Developer to lead and develop key platform functionalities, working remotely with an international team. The role requires extensive experience in backend and frontend development, database design, and SaaS platforms.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of key platform functionalities in backend and frontend.
• Develop and review production code using Laravel, PostgreSQL, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Design and maintain database architecture for a SaaS multi-tenant environment.
• Collaborate with Product and TPM teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple systems, including state management, data persistence, and rendering.
• Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design, and mentor developers.

Requirements

• +8 years of experience in the field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Solid experience in PHP backend development.
• Frontend development experience with Angular/TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge in database design and modeling, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience working on SaaS multi-tenant platforms.
• Ability to work across the entire stack (backend and frontend).
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
