Lead Marketing Web Engineer/Developer

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $145,000—$175,000 USD

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the website architecture, performance, uptime, and page deployment, ensuring mobile-first design and low technical debt.
• Build and optimize the AI-native experience with personalization, dynamic content, and RAG-backed experiences, suitable for both human visitors and AI agents.
• Own on-site conversion optimization across demo, content, and product journeys, partnering with Demand Gen for experiments and scaling successful strategies.
• Manage web analytics and data quality across GA4, GTM, and BI, building dashboards that inform decision-making and surface underperformance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience owning web performance end-to-end, with a proven track record in development and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise websites, understanding how websites drive pipeline.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) with demonstrable projects.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and familiarity with Webflow.
• Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to debug independently.
• Proven success in improving Core Web Vitals and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM, including implementation, QA, and attribution.
• Knowledge of website integration with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.
