Lead Paralegal

Lead Paralegals own attorney relationships, client communications, and the smooth progression of cases from sign-up to resolution. They serve as the primary point of contact for firms and clients, coordinating with the Legal Ops team to ensure efficient case management and exceptional client experience.

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 annual salary + equity

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Finch, attorneys, and clients
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout treatment and the case lifecycle
• Provide detailed case status reports and updates to attorneys and firms
• Work with case managers, intake specialists, and demand reviewers to coordinate case progress
• Identify and resolve delays or issues before they affect outcomes

Requirements

• 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury or high-volume plaintiff work
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
• Ability to build trust quickly with attorneys and clients
• Understanding of client experience and case velocity
• Able to work Pacific Time (PST) hours
