Seeking a talented individual to join Mercer's Strategic Bid Center, focusing on managing live pursuit deliverables across health and career proposals.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $111k–$223k

Responsibilities

• Managing live pursuit deliverables across Mercer's practices, with a focus on health and career proposals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior proposal management experience in professional services or a large/global multidisciplinary organization.
• Extensive experience in working with and coaching multi-faceted teams to create client-facing presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in leading complex, technically focused proposal (RFP response) opportunities.
