Legal Intake Specialist

VirtueStaff is seeking a professional and articulate Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, managing high-volume inquiries and conducting initial screenings.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answer inbound client calls, acting as the primary voice of the firm to establish trust from the first point of contact
• Conduct detailed intake processes with inbound callers to qualify leads and determine if their legal needs align with the firm's practice areas
• Accurately capture and enter prospective client information, case facts, and contact details into the system to ensure the legal team has a clear starting point
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing initial concerns, explaining the next steps of the process, and maintaining a supportive tone
• Utilize sales-minded communication techniques to guide potential clients through the intake funnel and encourage them to move forward with services

Requirements

• Excellent communicative skills, both verbal and written, for high-level professional interaction
• Proven experience in legal intake or handling high-volume professional inquiries
• Legal industry experience is most ideal and highly preferred
• Experience as a Receptionist or in a Sales environment is a significant advantage
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
• Bilingual proficiency preferred
