Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Investor Services team.
  • Oversee processing of investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital activity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and SLAs.
  • Act as primary contact for complex investor inquiries and escalations.
  • Oversee correspondence and live chat operations, maintaining quality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and review investor statements, reports, and correspondence.
  • Participate in client meetings and due diligence.
  • Maintain knowledge of fund structures, products, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of new systems and technologies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, or high school with 8+ years.
  • 2+ years in leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in managing live chat platforms and client correspondence.
  • Proven team management and motivation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with investor CRM, digital communication platforms, and fund administration software is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

Additional Information
