Medical Sales - Remote 2026

An entry-level Medical Sales Representative role responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals across 46 states and Guam, supporting healthcare facilities with medication and surgical supplies, and contributing to inventory management.

Location: Remote

Salary: $37,440/year plus 10% on generated GP, with potential earnings over $100,000 for experienced representatives

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily
• Manage and track activities through CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot)
• Prospect through cold and warm calling to generate new business
• Nurture existing accounts and re-engage past customers
• Create new customer accounts and expand facility partnerships
• Meet and exceed key performance and work ethic goals
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
• Consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
