Mid/Senior Automation Engineer (Python)

The company is an international tech software firm specializing in web development, DevOps, and QA, focusing on scaling tech teams for clients and partners. They are hiring Python Engineers (mid and senior) to develop an AI assistant for Customer Experience in an e-commerce platform.

Location: Remote

Salary: 14-25k PLN on B2B

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of an AI assistant dedicated to Customer Experience.
• Design and implementation of API integrations and data flows.
• Creating backend logic in Python using GraphQL.
• Building and developing AI agents based on Agentic AI architectures (LangGraph/LangChain).
• Implementing tool-calling execution mechanisms within the agent system.
• Mapping complex business rules (e.g., eligibility for refunds and commissions) into programming logic.
• Collaborating with the Customer Experience team to identify and automate business processes.
• Ensuring quality, scalability, and security of solutions.
• Participating in code reviews and documenting implementations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role at mid level and 5 years at senior level.
• Strong experience in API integration, data piping, and backend development (Python, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures (Langgraph/Langchain) and tool-calling execution.
• Ability to map complex business rules into programming logic.
• Fluent Polish language skills.
• Availability to start from July.
