MLOps Specialist

The role involves cloud development, architecture, and data science, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure and AWS, with a strong emphasis on microservices, APIs, and machine learning models.

Responsibilities

• Implement Domain Driven Design, Microservices, APIs, and Web Apps.
• Use Cloud design standard methodologies and patterns such as CQRS, Event Sourcing, Valet Key.
• Demonstrate Azure storage and messaging services such as Service Bus Topics, Event Hubs, Azure Blob and Table Storage, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Integrate Identity management and modern authentication and authorization protocols such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0 using Azure Active Directory, Azure AD B2C.
• Implement Serverless Functions and Logic Apps for event-driven processes and integrations.
• Use Azure API Management as an API Gateway.
• Oversee with the team during the generation of technical specifications.
• Create and maintain programmer documentation.
• Participate in deploying software into test and development environments.
• Apply standard methodologies and software architecture guidelines.
• Design and develop applications and microservices for cloud management.
• Translate cloud-native API commands to tooling formats.
• Work with teams to deliver automated workflow solutions with cloud-native tools.
• Develop APIs, business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities.
• Support deployment of code through SDLC.
• Advise teams on design, development, and best practices.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and secure cloud-native applications with Python and Azure PAAS Services.
• Manage work with Jira and Atlassian tools.
• Analyze business situations and provide software solutions.
• Participate in the entire SDLC with agile practices.
• Design, develop, and deploy web services (REST and SOA).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with programming languages like Python and JavaScript.
• Design, develop, and deploy IaaS and n-tier applications on AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and AKS.
• Design and develop web services (SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS).
• Provide technical support during project delivery.
• Integrate services using LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, SSO.
• Build and run machine learning systems at scale.
• Maintain infrastructure supporting models and algorithms.
• Monitor and improve system performance.
• Investigate issues, train models, tune hyperparameters.
• Deploy models to production.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Nexus, Airflow, Jenkins.
• Perform data science model testing, validation, and automation.
• Communicate with data scientists, engineers, and architects.
• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes.
• Design, architect, and implement low-level solutions.
• Align models with business objectives and metrics.
• Explore and visualize data.
• Work with distributed agile teams.
• Implement enterprise DevOps/ITIL/ITOM processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of cloud development experience using Azure and AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design, Microservices, APIs, and Web Apps.
• Knowledge of Cloud design methodologies such as CQRS, Event Sourcing.
• Experience with Azure storage and messaging services (Service Bus, Event Hubs, Blob Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with identity management and authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, Azure AD).
• Experience with Serverless Functions and Logic Apps.
• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Ability to generate technical specifications and documentation.
• Experience deploying software in test and development environments.
