The North America Sales Director RPG at ITT Inc. is responsible for leading sales growth, developing strategies, and managing customer relationships for assigned product lines in North America, reporting to the Global Director Sales RPG.
Location: North America
Responsibilities
- Develop the Sales & Marketing strategy for ITT product lines in North America.
- Grow sales in new profitable applications, market segments, and geographies.
- Integrate regular sales activities to drive market growth.
- Support customers with technical information and proposals.
- Manage sales performance margins for the territory.
- Provide leadership in commercial, technical, supply chain, and financial aspects for specific product lines.
- Develop customer product applications and make final decisions on margins and pricing.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on regional market entry and strategic direction.
- Support the development of growth playbooks for global products.
- Develop own sales channels and provide sales forecast inputs.
- Support the annual strategic plan with market insights.
- Drive new product rollouts and maintain installed equipment lists.
- Provide technical support and training to sales channels.
- Resolve customer issues and create marketing collaterals.
- Maintain customer contact and provide technical support.
- Travel for customer visits, product start-ups, service calls, and trade shows.
- Lead market analysis on trends, customer needs, and competition.
Requirements
- 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Product Management or Engineering in the engineered products industry.
- Strong knowledge of Acid & Sulfur application.
- Extensive experience providing product sales leadership in a matrix environment.
- Exposure to sales management and strategic planning.
