Support role focused on administrative and customer support tasks for equity sales, including account management, transaction support, and compliance with procedures.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support equity sales related administrative tasks, such as account opening, trade confirmation, supporting documents needed.
• Support equity sales to explain the transaction requirements and procedures to customers before opening accounts, under Sales supervision.
• Support equity sales to supervise customer transaction activities and settlement of payments.
• Ensure the customer transaction confirmations are appropriate and sent properly to the customer.
