Operations and Maintenance Specialist

ProSidian is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Specialist to support energy infrastructure projects, primarily remotely across the U.S., with a focus on risk management, lifecycle monitoring, and technical advisory services for clients such as the Department of Energy.

Location: Remote (within USA - W/ On-Site Meetings Expected) in The CONUS - Located In Washington, DC / Nationwide (Remote Project Support Across the United States)

Responsibilities

• Provide independent engineering advisory support for technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities, emphasizing O&M programs, maintenance readiness, reliability practices, and lifecycle operating costs.
• Review project documentation, evaluate technical and commercial interfaces, identify risks and mitigations, validate assumptions, support disbursement readiness reviews, and prepare work products including O&M budgets, procedures, workforce plans, and maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CQA, CIA, ISO Lead Auditor, CHMM, CSP, or PMI-RMP preferred.
