Operations Coordinator

Drop Zero Digital is a small lifecycle email marketing agency working with ecommerce brands on Klaviyo, led by the founder, with a fast-moving, meeting-averse culture.

Location: Indonesia-based, Remote (US timezone alignment required)

Salary: $1,350 USD/month starting, with performance-gated step-ups to $1,600/month at Day 90, $1,900/month at 12 months, and potential senior raises in Year 2+

Responsibilities

• Supporting the founder and scaling hiring processes.
• Managing internal operations including SOP drafting, process documentation, and internal organization.
• Supporting the founder as an assistant and executive assistant, including inbox triage, calendar management, and scheduling.
• Maintaining operational infrastructure and ensuring internal handoff hygiene.

Requirements

• Accountability and ownership of tasks.
• Strong written English (business English, professional standard).
• English fluency is a hard requirement for Indonesian candidates.
• Warm, growth-oriented attitude, proactive questioning.
• Organization skills and judgment under ambiguity.
• Long-term commitment (2+ years, full-time).
