Operations Internship

Swissblock is a private investment firm specializing in cross-asset investing, employing systematic algorithmic trading and market analysis. They are seeking an operations professional to join their team, supporting various operational functions and interfacing with technology, compliance, treasury, and valuation teams.

Location: Switzerland (Zurich / Zug area) or Remote with European hours

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Operations team with organizing documentation, reconciliations, queries, ad-hoc reporting, settlement, and corporate actions.
• Helping with daily position and cash reconciliations.
• Assisting with system connectivity setup and user testing.

Requirements

• Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with APIs, databases, or scripting languages (Python, SQL).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willing to relocate to Switzerland or work remotely with European hours.
