Paid Social Consultant - Contract - South America based 2026

A freelance remote role supporting lead generation and paid social campaigns for a global leader in marketing, focusing on the North American market.

Location: Remote (South or Central America)

Responsibilities

• Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on various platforms with a focus on Meta for multiple clients and verticals
• Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin, quality) within a portfolio of 20-25 clients and improve campaign performance
• Harness data to improve quality, volume, and revenue
• Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to improve advertising strategies
• Work with Sales and Operations teams to build and operate acquisition funnels

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social ads campaigns (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok; Google and Bing experience a plus) focused on lead generation, conversion, and acquisition
• Multi account management experience
• Strong performance mindset and analytical skills
• Proactive, creative, and data-driven
• Fluent in English
• Experience with North American clients and knowledge of North American market/trends
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
