A Product Manager in Payments - Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) responsible for leading end-to-end product lifecycle, developing product strategy, and ensuring high-quality client experiences in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, feature, risk, and reliability
• Establishes expertise in Remote Deposit Capture, translating market dynamics and client needs into strategy
• Defines and communicates a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap for customer and commercial outcomes
• Leads discovery and market research, synthesizing insights into problem statements and prioritized requirements
• Defines, monitors, and reports key success metrics to inform decision-making
• Oversees complex client onboarding and manages escalations for high-quality experiences
• Coordinates communications regarding product updates and maintains documentation
• Leads Agile execution with Technology and Operations, including sprint planning and release management
• Builds partnerships with Operations, Technology, Implementations, Sales, and Service

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or relevant domain
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Ability to document and communicate concepts and ideas effectively to technology partners and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams
