People Experience (HR) Generalist

BlastX Consulting is seeking a People Experience Generalist to enhance employee engagement, manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a remote setting within the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Location: Remote (Pacific or Mountain time zone)

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 USD annually DOE

Responsibilities

• Champion the company's core values in everyday moments, programs and rituals.
• Develop creative engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for teammates and leadership, ensuring feedback flows in both directions.
• Plan company events, recognition moments and culture-building activities.
• Communicate clearly and consistently across email, Slack and video.
• Run learning and development activities through LMS.
• Partner with VP and hiring managers on recruiting strategy.
• Manage full recruiting funnel: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination, offer creation.
• Pre-screen candidates and present qualified finalists.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate and manage quality assurance checks and review cycles.
• Run day-to-day PX operations, including records, documentation, benefits, HRIS data.
• Own onboarding experience from offer to first 90 days.
• Manage off-boarding process.
• Ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Identify workflow friction and propose solutions.
• Administer PX processes and systems.
• Use AI tools for process optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of People Experience (HR) experience in a consultancy or professional services organization.
• Experience creating and facilitating engagement activities or programs.
• Recruiting experience qualifying the best talent for various roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Results-oriented, team player, influential.
• Knowledge of California employment laws.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
