Performance Marketing & AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing & AI Marketing Specialist to help scale our marketing engine through data-driven performance marketing, AI-powered workflows, and full-funnel campaign optimization. The role requires expertise in end-to-end performance marketing, including campaign planning, launch, optimization, and reporting across the full customer journey, with a focus on healthcare-related audiences. The candidate should also be proficient with modern AI marketing tools, prompt engineering, and agentic marketing workflows, supporting growth across paid, organic, social, email, and AI-enabled channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, and other high-converting channels
  • Build, manage, and improve full-funnel paid marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion, and measurable ROI
  • Develop landing page strategies, campaign funnels, ad messaging, A/B tests, and conversion optimization plans
  • Set up, monitor, and analyze campaign tracking, including pixels, UTMs, conversion events, attribution, and reporting dashboards
  • Manage and optimize campaigns for audiences such as assisted living facilities, senior care providers, healthcare technology buyers, and related B2B decision-makers
  • Use AI tools and prompt engineering to improve campaign strategy, ad creative, audience research, messaging, content development, and reporting
  • Help build and manage AI agents that support marketing workflows, including lead nurturing, campaign execution, content pipelines, reporting, and marketing automation
  • Apply agentic AI marketing strategies to improve speed, personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance
  • Create, test, and refine high-quality prompts for AI-assisted copywriting, campaign ideation, market research, competitor research, and performance analysis
  • Support social media marketing efforts across organic and paid channels, including content planning, campaign execution, engagement, and performance review
  • Write and edit marketing copy for ads, landing pages, emails, social media, lead magnets, and campaign assets
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation workflows, lead nurture sequences, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Use tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with design, sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging, campaign strategy, and business goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning data into clear recommendations and next steps

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong focus on performance marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of performance marketing, including paid ads, funnel strategy, conversion optimization, lead generation, tracking, analytics, and ROI reporting
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar channels
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare tech, senior care, assisted living, long-term care, SaaS, or related industries
  • Strong prompt engineering skills with practical experience using AI tools for marketing strategy, copywriting, content generation, research, and campaign optimization
  • Experience with AI agentic marketing and the ability to help build, manage, or improve AI agents for marketing workflows
  • Working knowledge of social media marketing, including organic content, paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and performance analysis
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or equivalent tools
  • Ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, analyze performance, and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for ads, landing pages, emails, and social media content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment
  • Self-driven, proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving marketing environment
