Guidewire is seeking an experienced Pricing Expert to serve as a Customer Success Manager, combining pricing expertise with relationship management to support clients in non-life insurance pricing.
Location: Poland
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on non-life pricing, helping clients to develop and mature their in-house capabilities.
- Actively support clients in achieving their goals by sharing pricing expertise and best practices.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients from pricing specialists and directors to C-level executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement of our software.
- Help customers succeed in their pricing goals.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in non-life insurance pricing.
- Enjoys working closely with people and feels at home in the pricing world.
- Combines skills of a pricing expert, project manager, and customer success professional.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with technical experts and senior executives.
- Proactive, curious, and passionate about driving value for clients.
