Principal Product Manager

Lead product strategy and execution for DaVita’s People Services Systems, partnering with stakeholders to identify problems, conduct research, and deliver impactful improvements with a human-centered approach.

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States of America

Salary: $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing work and defining scope.
• Define success metrics and use data/feedback for continuous improvement.
• Partner with research and design teams to understand user needs and root causes.
• Facilitate structured sessions to produce clear decisions and action plans.
• Build strong relationships across teams and bring industry best practices and user empathy.
• Translate validated problems into requirements and delivery plans with engineering teams.
• Own backlog prioritization and ensure focus on outcomes.
• Lead launch readiness activities including enablement, training, and feedback loops.
• Manage product governance, planning, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive outcomes that solve the right problems and improve workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading discovery and delivering product outcomes.
• Strong partnership skills with business and technical teams.
• Problem framing, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating working sessions and design workshops.
