Principal Product Manager

WebPT is a leading provider of electronic medical records (EMR) and billing solutions for healthcare providers, seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategies and initiatives.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $115,000 - $145,000

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for top level initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, market needs, and customer expectations.
• Drive and improve the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Form external partnerships to accelerate the strategy of the WebPT platform ecosystem.
• Apply understanding of workflows, challenges, and opportunities to guide product development for internal and external customers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop detailed business case presentations for Executive leadership, data-driven and fiscally grounded.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to top-level executives, stakeholders, and team members.
• Drive education and adoption of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven success in driving product strategy and execution within healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of EMR systems, healthcare interoperability, APIs, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility with a proven track record of organizing and launching cross-enterprise workstreams.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in leveraging data to inform product decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• The initial hiring range for this position is: $115,000 - $145,000.
