Principal Solution Specialist Citrix Security Products

The team is a global group of highly technical security experts focused on driving product adoption of Citrix's zero-trust security solutions, including Enterprise Browser and ZTNA, through technical sales leadership, solution architecture, and thought leadership.
Location: United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Own the technical sales strategy for global, enterprise-level accounts, including discovery sessions, architecture, product demonstrations, PoC/PoV management, and driving product adoption.
- Design tailored Zero Trust solutions integrating Citrix products into customer security ecosystems.
- Build deep technical relationships with customer stakeholders and articulate business value.
- Represent Citrix and Cloud Software Group at industry events, speaking on market trends.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing security architecture roles, with a proven track record of increasing ARR through product adoption.
- Deep understanding of Zero Trust & Identity solutions, including Enterprise browser, ZTNA, SASE, SDP, VPN replacements, and IAM technologies.
- Familiarity with web security, SWG, CASB, DLP, and browser security mechanisms.
- Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals (L3-L7, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS).
- Elite presentation and whiteboarding skills, with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical executives.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills in complex network/security environments.
- Language skills including local and European languages are preferred.
