• Work inbound and warm leads generated through proprietary platform
• Conduct needs-based consultations with families seeking life insurance coverage
• Present tailored solutions using proven sales process
• Close business, hit personal income goals, and build residual income
• Track activity in CRM and collaborate with team leader
• Grow into a leadership role and earn overrides as building own team

Requirements

• Proven commission sales track record (e.g., real estate, solar, mortgages, auto, financial services)
• Hunger to control income
