Responsibilities

• Strategic design and problem framing, defining the right problems to solve, thinking in systems, connecting user needs with business objectives, and making judgment calls under pressure.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in product design fundamentals: user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping
• Comfort with AI tools
• System thinking mindset
• Communication skills
