CoVet is an AI copilot application built to assist veterinary professionals by saving them time and allowing them to focus more on animal care. They are seeking a Product Manager to drive excellence across their product development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features.
Location: Canada
Salary: CAD 80k–CAD 100k
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and market trends.
- Define and uphold quality checkpoints across delivery stages (e.g., readiness criteria, QA sign-off, release protocols).
- Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Work closely with the engineering team to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Partner with UX, marketing, sales, and veterinary support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption.
- Define and track key product performance metrics such as customer engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
- Write clear user stories, prioritize the backlog, plan sprints, and lead demos.
- Present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders—executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to refine features and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, compliance regulations, and data privacy laws.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a tech environment.
- Proven track record launching successful digital products or features (e.g., B2B platforms, consumer apps, SaaS).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong product mindset: user-centric, data-informed, outcomes-focused.
- Excellent communication: able to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset: experience defining KPIs and leveraging data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL).
- Experience with growth strategies, A/B tests, APIs, or cross-functional leadership.
