Product Manager, Commerce Systems

Location: SF, SEA, NYC, US - Remote

Responsibilities

• Build the 'control planes' that unify seller systems, user billing, and financial data warehouses to reduce integration friction for product teams.
• Drastically reduce the time-to-market for new Stripe products by streamlining monetization workflows and core underlying capabilities.
• Articulate the product vision for our revenue platform, developing plans that align with Stripe’s expansion into AI and new financial services.
• Act as a leader and change agent, turning operational noise into a clear engineering roadmap.
• Partner with engineering leaders to design ingestion, enrichment, and serving interfaces while collaborating with GTM, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technology companies.
• Deep experience with large-scale backend systems and an API-first mindset.
• Proven track record building platform infrastructure that serves multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical discussions and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Comfort dealing with many moving pieces and evolving legacy systems.
