Product Marketing Manager

Filestage is a remote review and approval platform that leverages AI to streamline content verification and approval processes, helping teams ensure files are compliant and approved before publication. Location: Remote (Europe)

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning and messaging, translating technical features into business value.
• Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battle cards, demo environments, and workflow guides.
• Support customer lifecycle communication through email and in-app channels, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Own the go-to-market process for new features, coordinating with product and customer-facing teams.
• Conduct customer research, product usage audits, and win/loss analysis to inform strategies.
• Manage social proof profiles on platforms like G2, Capterra, and OMR.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Product Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing in a PLG environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 minimum).
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
