Bridgeway is seeking a Product Owner to oversee the development of products from start to completion, ensuring they meet customer needs. The role involves defining product vision, guiding technical teams, and collaborating with various departments to build successful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize product offerings, including analytics, design, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes for customers.
  • Works in an Agile environment, reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Prioritizes and informs stakeholders of product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Defines self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
  • Partners with sales to align prioritization with customer needs.
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including features, Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintains sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements.
  • Leads product functional design based on user and technology knowledge.
  • Defines and executes go-to-market plans.
  • Tracks and reports product performance post-launch.
  • Researches market, users, and industry trends.
  • Partners with Technical Writers for documentation.
  • Participates in process improvement and strategy.
  • Leads or participates in product-related meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development of commercial applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience launching software or services with engineering teams, proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, Agile principles.
  • Experience delivering data and intelligence solutions like dashboards, APIs, real-time alerts.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in healthcare is desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps product suite is desirable.
  • UI/UX design experience is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
