Senior Product Designer

Prolific is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team, focusing on building and evolving products for research customers in the AI and human data infrastructure space.

Location: Remote, UK

Responsibilities

• Solve customer problems and create new opportunities for users.
• Raise the bar of the product and team by making impactful bets.
• Unblock and simplify complexity for colleagues.
• Partner with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver products iteratively.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working embedded in technology teams with engineers and designers.
• Experience optimizing funnels in collaboration with marketing or customer-facing teams, or within a growth team.
• Knowledge of Product/Engineering methodologies, Agile frameworks, continuous discovery, delivery, JTBD, slicing, self-organizing teams, 'thinking in bets', test-learn-iterate loops.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-informed decision-making.
• Storytelling, teamwork, personal accountability, and a can-do attitude.
