Program Coordinator supporting the Canadian Sales team in coordinating in-store and digital programs, leading meetings, acting as liaison, managing program timing, collecting and presenting internal data, reviewing invoices, and scheduling calls with sales teams and clients. Remote position.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate in-store and digital programs for the Canadian Sales team.
- Lead meetings and act as liaison between teams.
- Generate and manage program timing.
- Collect and present internal executional data.
- Review invoices.
- Schedule calls with sales teams and clients.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a coordination/account management role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills.
