Program Manager Senior - Redesign de Superapp

This role involves leading a strategic redesign program for a superapp, coordinating multiple squads, and ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. It is suitable for experienced program managers with a background in digital products.

Location: São Paulo – SP (hybrid model)

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program, structure and maintain the integrated roadmap, identify dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Define and refine strategic milestones, work with product, tech, and business leadership to translate vision into clear, prioritized objectives for each squad.
• Ensure continuous alignment among teams, facilitate synchronization rituals, promote cross-team visibility, and arbitrate priorities in case of conflicts.
• Produce high-quality executive reports tailored to different audiences.
• Proactively remove impediments that delay squads, whether process-related, technical dependencies, or decision delays.

Requirements

• Experience in managing programs or portfolios of digital products, preferably with multiple squads in parallel.
• Ability to operate between strategic and operational levels, from executive discussions to backlog refinement.
• Skill in structuring ambiguity, translating broad guidelines into concrete objectives and measurable success criteria.
• Strong communication skills, both in presentations and written documents.
• Background in digital products, fintechs, insurtechs, or large tech companies is valued.
