Pavago is hiring a Project Coordinator to bring structure, accountability, and visibility across multiple projects and operational workflows. The role involves managing project timelines, documentation, communication, and coordination to ensure projects stay on track and stakeholders are aligned.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project plans using Asana, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project/Smartsheet
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, weekly reports
- Act as central liaison between project managers, team members, leadership, and stakeholders
- Monitor task completion, resource availability, dependencies
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, operational risks, and maintain risk registers
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Update project timelines and trackers, follow up on deliverables, support meetings, prepare reports, coordinate communication, escalate risks, maintain documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative roles
- Hands-on experience with Asana, Trello, Monday.com
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (trackers, pivot tables, conditional formatting)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple stakeholders
